Chef Danny – A Great Asset to Bear Lake Reserve!

Hopefully you have had the treat to eat at The Lake Club and enjoy some of Chef Danny’s creations!  We have been blessed to have him return for another season of exciting and creative culinary creations.  What an amazing dining experience to be sitting at The Lake Club enjoying the majestic view of the pool, lake, and mountains, & eating Chef Danny’s deliciously beautiful meals!

Executive Chef Danny is originally from Oceanside, Long Island, NY and was drawn to cooking from an early age.  In fact, his first job was in Mario’s Pizza at the age of 13!  He worked at Mario’s Pizza off and on for 10 years after school & on the weekends and learned all aspects of the restaurant business during his time there.  Moving forward, Danny’s desire to be a chef grew as he pulled inspiration from Emeril Lagasse!  Chef Danny shares the same passion for creating new dishes and presenting them in an exciting and attractive way to those dining in his restaurant.

I asked him “What makes the perfect dish?” – his response: “Heart and Soul.”  So, treat yourself and enjoy a meal at The Lake Club & be sure to send your compliments to the Chef!
