Capturing the Summer
By Bear Lake Staff / August 27, 2013
It’s that time of year, Bear Lakers! We have spent the summer boating, fishing, skiing, tubing, kayaking, and being our adventurous selves on the waters of Bear Creek Lake. Your kids have jumped in the pool more times than they can count and your summer reading list is nearing the last few pages. What a fabulous summer it has been for all of us! As we are quickly approaching another gorgeous fall season in our home, let’s take a look back at some of the fun activities we have had this summer!
We kicked off the summer right with the Stenberg children turning flips! These talented gymnasts were turning heads as they showcased their talents on the Lake Club Lawn.
Walker and Paul had a great time on our new WaveRunners during Memorial Day Weekend! We had a blast during the Tube-Tow Rodeo, and we hope all of you did as well!
We also added some new Standing Paddleboards into the mix at Bear Lake Reserve this summer, and you all seemed to have a wonderful time testing them out! Did anyone find a new favorite water sport?
We introduced some Bear Crafts and Lake Activity Adventures as well this summer! It was a fabulous time playing with everyone throughout the property; we hope you had as much fun as we did.
Bear Lake Reserve sure had some good music playing this summer! Whether it was poolside or part of our Summer Concert Series at the Golden Farm Amphitheater, everyone who attended had a wonderful time. Bands we featured this summer include Mountain Faith, David Holt, Balsam Range, Coconut Groove Band, Around the Fire, The Sauce Boss, and Deuces Wild! Make sure to come out this weekend as we have two fabulous bands for you to listen to – Retropolis and Deuces Wild!
And we aren’t done yet, Bear Lakers! We hope that you will all join us for a packed full weekend of Labor Day Events. See the poster below, and remember to RSVP! See you on the Lake!
